How it works?
HakuHaku protects your identity by performing the search on your behalf. Technically, the service works by sending your search query anonymously to other search engines and fetching the results – without revealing who actually made the search.
The Finnish name "HakuHaku" literally translates to "SearchSearch", reflecting how two-step process of our search method.
Privacy
HakuHaku does not store or collect any information about our customer's searches.
HakuHaku does not provide any information about it's users to the search engines or ad networks.
The search engine providers only receive the search query itself, but not any information about who made the search.
